Less than 8 miles from Bank Farm is the vibrant town of Stourport-on-Severn ( known locally Stourport). The busy, fun packed town sits on the bank of the river severn.

Stourport is a long way from the coast but has the atmosphere of a seaside holiday resort. Visitors from afar have been coming to Stourport for years for a family fun day out. Long ago it was a busy inland port, it’s situated where the Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canals join the River Severn.

Why not bring a picnic to the Riverside Meadows, visit the amazing funfair, lose hours and hopefully not pounds in the busy amusement arcades, walk the old fashioned High Street, people watch with a coffee, or maybe an afternoon tea, a light healthy lunch or a cosy dinner, you will find so much to do in this happening little town.

Once you’ve visited Stourport you’ll be certain to return over and over again.

Stourport is a Town you can visit over-and-over again.
