SWIMMING POOL RULES REMINDER

To ensure everyone’s enjoyment and maintain the high standards of our on-site pool and leisure amenities, please observe these swimming pool rules.

  • The swimming pool is open daily from 9.30am – 5.50pm (Adult only 9.30am – 10.30am)
  • The swimming pool is free to use for residents and family members only (for up to 6 people).
  • Registered fob holders must accompany any family member or guests to the pool.
  • The fob is operated on a timer and the entry gate will automatically lock at 6pm.
  • All users must sign a declaration at reception to say they have read and understood our rules of using the swimming pool facilities.
  • POOL FOBS – Each static caravan or lodge will need to hire a “pool fob” from reception (1 fob per unit)
  • WRISTBANDS – Everyone in the pool area must wear a Bank Farm wrist band, even the non-swimmers. 6 bands are given per static or lodge & 4 bands per seasonal pitch. Please collect bands from reception. Any individuals exceeding the allocated number of wristbands per unit will be required to visit the reception, sign in, and obtain a day pass band at a cost of £3 per person per day. This can be paid by card or cash. Reception must be informed of which unit you are associated with at Bank Farm or Coppice Gate. This measure is necessary to maintain the pool area’s security, health and safety standards, as well as to have a clear visual identification of genuine residents and their guest swimmers. If anyone is seen without the correct wristband, either in person on spot checks throughout the day, or via our security cameras, they will kindly be instructed to leave.
  • No person under the age of 15 to swim unless accompanied by a suitable adult.

The following items are not permitted in the pool area!

  • No glass bottles or containers/drinking glasses
  • No Smoking/vaping or E-Cigs
  • No pets
  • No golf clubs or Tennis rackets

Anyone caught giving pool access in violation of the above rules will have their fob blocked.

There is no lifeguard on duty, all persons visiting the pool area/ using any poolside facility, do so at their own risk.m pool 

Management shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from any cause whatsoever.
