DRAIN DOWN

After a spot check around the park, we noticed that several holiday homes were not drained down properly or not at all. This has created hours of unnecessary manpower for our staff going around every caravan plus the wastage of water. So, in future there may be a cost to your negligence. You run the risk of receiving costly repairs if you do not drain down in the winter months. Staff on site are always available to assist if needed.

UTILITIES PAYMENTS

We do need to receive your payment before the end of the year so we can complete our year end accounts. Bank details are on the bottom of the invoice for BACS or Mandy will be in the office through the Christmas period if you want to pay by card

INSURANCE

Bank Farm customers must submit a copy of their up-to-date insurance details to Mandy in reception. This can be emailed over to mandybankfarm@gmail.com We understand that you have more than likely renewed your insurance but we need a copy every year of the most recent policy.

GOLF

Please refrain from Walking/Playing/Dog walking on the greens – thank you. The fairways are still available to use.

Please drive to the 15 MPH max speed limit when entering the park. We have young children playing on the park and the Equestrian Centre often walk the horses up and down the main road.

HEALTH & SAFETY

All accidents on the farm must be reported to Mandy in reception and included in the accident book. If you require an ambulance please contact reception on 01299 401277 so we can guide the ambulance to your holiday home.
