The 'Home Sweet Home' Wildlife Challenge

As part of our latest initiative, our team has been incredibly busy building, installing, and protecting specialised habitats across the park to support native species. Walk through the park today, and you will find:

Targeted Bird Boxing: Purpose-built nest boxes specifically designed for robins, treecreepers, and swifts.
Insect Sanctuaries: Dedicated butterfly houses to support vital local pollinators.
Ground-Level Havens: Cosy hedgehog homes designed to give these beloved, endangered mammals a safe space to nest and hibernate.

What truly makes Bank Farm special is that our environmental mission isn’t just managed by the park team, it is championed by our incredible community of holiday homeowners.

Through our annual Bank Farm in Bloom initiative, our residents work alongside us to transform their individual pitches into mini wildlife havens. From planting nectar-rich wildflowers that feed the bees to creating small log piles for beneficial bugs, our owners are proving that small, collective changes make a massive impact. Some are even growing highly prized vegetables, tomatoes and fruit to share with other holiday home owners.
