The pool is open daily from 9:30 AM to 5:50 PM. For those who prefer a quieter, more relaxing swim, we host an Adults-Only hour every morning from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

There is no lifeguard on duty at the park. All persons using the pool and poolside facilities do so at their own risk. Management cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from any cause whatsoever.

We use a secure gate system to keep the pool exclusive to holiday home owners. Each static caravan or lodge can hire one "pool fob" from reception. The entry gate operates on an automatic timer and will lock precisely at 6:00 PM every evening, so please ensure you’ve gathered your belongings and exited before then!

The pool is free to use, but it is strictly reserved for Bank Farm holiday home owners, seasonal touring customers, and their guests (maximum numbers per unit apply - see below). To maintain security, a registered pool fob holder must always accompany any family members or guests to the pool area.

To help our team easily identify genuine holiday home owners and guests, everyone in the pool area must wear a Bank Farm wristband - even if you are just sitting poolside and not swimming.

• Static Caravans & Lodges: Allocated 6 wristbands per unit.

• Seasonal Pitches: Allocated 4 wristbands per unit.

Please collect your bands from reception before heading to the pool.

Yes, but any individuals exceeding your unit's standard wristband allocation must visit reception, sign in, and purchase a day pass band for £3 per person, per day (payable by cash or card). You will just need to let reception know which unit at Bank Farm or Coppice Gate you are associated with so we can update our records.

To maintain health, safety, and security standards, our team conducts regular spot checks throughout the day, alongside monitoring our active security cameras. Anyone found in the pool area without a correct wristband will kindly be instructed to leave immediately. Additionally, anyone giving unauthorised pool access to others will have their pool fob blocked.

No. For safety reasons, no person under the age of 15 is permitted in the pool area unless they are accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

Yes. Before using the pool for the first time, all users must visit reception to sign a quick declaration stating they have read, understood, and agreed to our park pool guidelines.

To keep the area safe for bare feet and to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, the following are strictly prohibited inside the pool enclosure:

• Glass bottles, drinking glasses, or glass containers of any kind.
• Smoking, vaping, or E-cigarettes.
• Pets (with the exception of registered assistance dogs).
• Sports equipment like golf clubs or tennis rackets.
